Hordern, Leamington, England, bracket clock in the Regency style, oak case with figured mahogany veneer, brass inlay and applied carved ornament, brass ball feet and carrying handles, brass bezel with convex glass, Roman numeral white painted sheet iron dial, 8 days, fusee timepiece movement, c1835
CONDITION:
good, dirty and with minor splits and checking, top with two tight splits, veneer repairs to front of base, right and left, feet and handles with old lacquer, dial with scratches, numerals faded, minute hand replaced, fusee gut needs to be replaced, original pendulum, ticks with pressure on fusee, very oily, Ht 13 1/2", w 9 1/4"
